Qualified clinical review None on record
A structured evidence index of the incretin and amylin receptor agonist classes, navigable by endpoint, by trial phase and by receptor target.

No qualified clinical reviewer. All 17 compounds on this site are marked high impact in the corpus, and not one of them has a qualified clinical reviewer recorded against it. Every page here says so on itself. What this site holds is a record of what the indexed literature reports, compiled and checked for sourcing and citation only.
Checking that a page says what the corpus says is not clinical validation, and nothing automated on this site claims otherwise. The method page sets out how a record reaches a page and what the derived labels do and do not mean; the review register sets out the review state compound by compound.
What this site is for
A reference library is organised by compound: one page per substance, read one at a time. That is the wrong shape for a question like which members of a class carry a phase 3 record against renal endpoints, or which of them are recorded at more than one receptor. Answering that from an alphabetical index means opening seventeen pages and keeping the answer in your head.
So this site indexes the same corpus along three axes instead of one.
- By endpoint — six endpoints derived from the subject headings already on the records. One page per endpoint, a matrix of which compounds carry which class of record against it, every cell citing the records.
- By compound — the registered trial picture for one compound: counts by record class and study model, the years covered, the endpoints touched, and every record with its identifier.
- By receptor target — one target, and every compound in scope recorded as acting at it. The view a compound-by-compound reference cannot give.
Curated pairs read two compounds across all of those axes at once, and list the records indexed under both sides.
Scope
Two classes and nothing else: the incretin receptor agonists and the amylin analogues, 17 compounds in total. They are the only part of this corpus where the same endpoints are measured across many compounds by many separate trial programmes, which is what makes navigation by evidence mean anything. The rest of the corpus is not covered here and is not summarised here.

What is on this page and what is not
No per-compound record count, no trial phase, no endpoint coverage, no derived tier. Those are evidence and they sit behind the gate. The table above carries names, class and index state, which is navigation, and the figures beside the rail are totals for the whole scope, which describe the index rather than any compound in it.
